Vores DNA

Winningtemp blev grundlagt af Pierre Lindmark og Matthias Hansson Fredlund. Virksomheden er baseret på en enkel, men stærk idé – at tage alt, hvad videnskaben ved om, hvordan man skaber velfungerende organisationer, og bygge en intuitiv, datadrevet platform, som hjælper lederne med at sætte medarbejdernes potentiale fri.

Vores passion

Winningtemp is named the ‘SaaS Rocket of the Year’ at the Breakit SaaS Summit in Stockholm.
April 1, 2021
Winningtemp opens an office in Copenhagen, before crossing the threshold of 100 employees in May 2021.
October 1, 2020
Winningtemp closes an investment round with Bonnier Ventures and Frog Capital as lead investors.
August 1, 2019
Winningtemp opens new offices in London and Oslo.
December 1, 2018
The Norrsken Foundation, which aims to invest in community-enhancing companies with an ambition to influence 1 billion people, joins Winningtemp as a partner

Winningtemp wins 2nd place is TNW TECH5 as the fastest growing tech company is Sweden and 27th place in Europe (based on economic growth)
April 1, 2016
Winningtemp becomes partly state-owned as ALMI invests in the company, followed by Chalmers Ventures and other angel investors.

After a 6-month pilot, Winningtemp launches its innovative product.
